A growing number of AI-supported tools are already being used by employers in recruitment and also promise to make the often laborious application phase easier for job seekers. But is it really possible to generate a suitable cover letter at the touch of a button or the perfect CV via chatbot? The results vary greatly and are not always satisfactory for applicants. 

What can you expect from the seminar?

This webinar will cover how to operate the relevant “levers” of AI tools in order to use them sensibly and safely in the application phase.

Specific contents are:

  • Basic concepts of artificial intelligence: Get an introduction to the essential concepts of AI.
  • AI application depending on the application phase: Learn how you can use AI in different phases of the application process: Analyzing job postings, researching employers, writing application documents and preparing for interviews.
  • Tips for use: Discover how you can use ChatGPT as a helpful tool for your application as an example.
  • Critical points: Identify potential pitfalls when creating documents and learn how to avoid them.
  • Recommendation of helpful AI tools: Learn about other useful tools that make the application process easier.
